How desktop virtualization can lower computing costs

Desktop virtualization can be a low-cost technology solution for companies dealing with numerous unmanaged PCs. Some companies are even seeing up to 60% savings on computing costs by using desktop virtualization technology. In this interview with SearchCIO.com Special Projects Editor Karen Guglielmo, analyst Rob Enderle offers the best ways to leverage desktop virtualization to maximize savings in the enterprise.
