CARLSBAD, Calif. -- IT media company TechTarget today announced the 2006 winners of the inaugural CIO Decisions Midmarket Leadership Awards program. Lauded for their extraordinary achievements in resourceful, business-focused use of information technology, the 25 winners will be featured in the July issue of CIO Decisions, a monthly publication that made its debut in April 2005 to a circulation of 50,000 senior IT executives.
