More on the award winners
Learn more about the CIO Decisions Midmarket IT Leadership Award winners in the July 2007 issue of CIO Decisions.
The winners were selected from more than 200 nominees from several industries, including health care, education, manufacturing and financial sectors. They were chosen based on their outstanding achievements and leadership roles in aligning business and information technology.

The nomination process included a short, Web-based questionnaire with five essay questions on the nominee's leadership and style; his or her most successful relationship with a business colleague; background on his or her IT and business initiatives; measurable results of those initiatives and how the nominee would resolve upcoming challenges. Each question was rated equally, and a judging panel scored the answers.
