With ten years of experience in technology media and five years of experience covering the CRM, SAP and related markets, Kerry has a powerful understanding of the critical issues that enterprise application users face and is uniquely qualified to deliver quality content that will help them address their greatest challenges. |

As Editorial Director for the Enterprise Applications Media Group, Hannah manages editorial strategy, daily operations and events for SearchCRM.com, SearchSAP.com, SearchOracle.com, SearchDataManagement.com and SearchManufacturingERP.com. She is responsible for maintaining the sites' editorial excellence, keeping news and resources firmly focused on the unique needs of IT and business professionals. Previously, she was SearchDataManagement.com Senior Site Editor, and a frequent contributor and podcaster. Earlier, Hannah gained 10+ years of relevant experience as a journalist, writer and product/program manager at technology companies. She brings practical experience to her role as Editorial Director, and is dedicated to providing exceptional resources for enterprise applications professionals. |

As Senior Editor, Lauren is responsible for identifying and reporting on the most relevant issues affecting CRM practitioners today. In addition to managing the content on SearchCRM.com, Lauren keeps a close eye on the CRM market and communicates regularly with our readers to develop new site products based on reader interest. She also works closely with the site experts who are a critical component of the site's information vault.
Previously, Lauren served as Associate Editor for SearchCRM.com for one year and Assistant Editor for our sister site, SearchSAP.com for 15 months. She also brings to this position editorial skills from her Journalism and English degree from Lehigh University. |
