BIOGRAPHY: Killingsworth is managing director at Pultorak and Associates Ltd. He has more than 35 years of industry experience in developing and managing technical service delivery and support systems for engineering and IT. Most recently he was the lead for implementing IT Service Management in a Fortune 500 company. He also has IT process development experience, which includes industry good practices based on frameworks such as ITIL, the Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), Capability Maturity Model Integration, Six Sigma, American National Standards Institute and total quality management. He has developed courses and taught Service Management at the university MBA level.
