enterprise relationship management (ERM)

Enterprise relationship management (ERM) is software that analyzes data it has about its customers to develop a better understanding of the customer and how the customer is using its products and services. This kind of application may use data mining of its data warehouse or existing sales, marketing, service, finance, and manufacturing databases to generate new information about its customer relationships.
