The industry segment that has embraced outsourcing with the greatest enthusiasm and acceptance has clearly been the telecommunications industry. They were the early adopters in the space with initial simple-to-execute outbound projects to acquire new consumer subscribers. This soon grew to both inbound and outbound consumer sales calls, and then to business-to-business sales calls.
